Casey Anthony Not Guilty of Child Abuse

Never underestimate the stupidity of jurors or the uselessness of the legal system. Never underestimate how little children are valued, even in the USA. Property, children are property and can be thrown away like garbage.

Now listen to the MSM justify this verdict. Right now some assh**e is saying, "we have the greatest system of justice in the world".

This jury had the choice of aggravated child abuse if they rejected felony murder. "Oh but that would be felony murder" say the little lawyers.  No, that is aggravated child abuse. 

No proof was ever offered of sexual abuse of Casey, the child murderer, or that the grandfather participated in the murder.  But accepting that both may have happened without any evidence is somehow OK for these jurors.   UPDATE:  The Jurors are saying that Baez's statement that grandpa raped the murderess made them suspicious of him just as I suspected.  And that is why Baez said it and he ought to be sued for slander or defamation I forget which one is appropriate. Grandpa if innocent must at least file a complaint with the Office of Lawyer Regulation. The Jurors had no problem doubting grandpa without any evidence.  

Reasonable doubt, not any proof, say the little lawyers about the mountain of circumstantial evidence when rejecting  the evidence of Casey's guilt. (SHE WAS THE LAST ONE TO SEE THE CHILD AND SHE LIED ABOUT HOW THE CHILD DIED WHILE THE EVIDENCE DECOMPOSED FOR 6 MONTHS) Yet the morons are not satisfied.  Maybe child abusers will start videotaping their abuse to satisfy the next juror.  Children are alone when it happens.  The duty to protect is with the parent.  Casey did not act to protect.  Casey acted to harm.

Casey was the last person seen with the child and she even admitted, through her lawyers, that she killed the child although she says it was by neglect.  The grandfather stated that Casey left with the child alive and that is the lie Casey kept repeating to the grandmother - the child is with me, alive. 

Because he saw the child leave alive with Casey, the grandfather's credibility had to be destroyed so Baez and the child's murderer accused him of rape and did not offer a school nurse or friend or any evidence to support that statement.  But it destroyed George Anthony's credibility and that is what it was meant to do.  A slap in the face to all the real victims of pedophilia from this cheap lawyer who deserves disbarment for perjuring himself.  He knew the rape story was a lie.  He worked with the parents for 2 years before he developed this rape lie.

WAFJ.

The jury rejected any liability for her child's death, despite the fact that Casey was the last one with the child and never reported her child was dead in the back of her car and then abandoned the car.

Forget the stain, traces of chloroform are enough, the smell which caused the cash starved Casey to abandon the car is enough.   How many people have to say the car smelled of decomposition?  Grandma fabreezed it, Casey probably tried to kill the smell with aresols but that smell could not be denied.Why would Casey abandon the car instead of selling it?  Her parents had to report the smell and the missing child. The behavior is relevant to state of mind.  Oh no, say the little lawyers.  We can't convict her just because she is a slut. ???

Her child was missing but she was having a good time and not reporting it.  Not too worried because she knew the kid was good and dead. I wonder how many times had Zanex been the baby sitter? Drugging your child is abuse.
I made the mistake of reading other blogs on this subject. They take personal pride for knowing a little law. They value pedantics as they have been taught to do by their "betters" over punishing child abuse and neglect in the interest of eliminating it.

One child killed every day in the USA.  Do you wonder why fathers never go to jail for raping their own children; mothers never go to jail for abuse or failure to protect? I gag at the legal system which screws the innocent and lets the guilty go free while telling us this is the beauty of the legal system.

I could go on about how in my life I, an innocent who tried to help the poor, was dragged through the mud to make the careers of smug, self righteous lawyers who delighted in twisting the truth and misrepresenting facts having the wealth of the state on which  to rely compared to my $3,000.00.  But I don't have to tell my personal story.   We have all found, through DNA testing, how many innocent are in prison and we all know the criminals who live in our neighborhoods. Check out your local pedophile registry.

Now another defense lawyer is saying "we have not dishonored the memory of Kaylee" (the murdered child). "We have the greatest constitution in the world."

 REALLY??? Oh really?

Now some cheap rhetoric dragging in the constitution to justify criminal child abusers walking free.  Guess how the founders would have voted?  Now the jerk criminal defense lawyer is speaking in Spanish for 5 minutes. Assh-le. So glad he is practicing law in my country where English is the official language. Now we will hear praise for this criminal lawyer and he will get a TV show and millions. As will the "not guilty" child murderer.  The grandparents?  Well they caused this all in a thousand abusive, over controlling, push-pull ways, with their big lies and all their secrets.  Now live in the ruins of all your demands.

Justice? 

Here is the truth - if an adult had been killed under the same circumstances the Casey character would have been found guilty (Scott Peterson).  If she was less attractive and had only a public defender Casey would have been found guilty at least of child abuse.   Ironically, it is the Nancy Grace's of the MSM who turned this child murderer into a celebrity and that caused her to be acquitted.

Because that celebrity attracted the dream team and the experts who will make their Big Money in the aftermath.  Because celebrity always wins acquittal.  Even if they are horrific and open child abusers.

In this post, at Widdershins,  Pat Johnson relates the Anthony case to a lot of stuff about the war I think of as a stretch  but I loved her words in the last few paragraphs here...

A little taste:

The current crop of potential presidential candidates have collectively managed to get lying down to an art. Their declarations border on an almost “anything goes” style of dialogue where there seems to be no holds barred in saying just about anything that comes into their heads. Facts be damned when a soundbite can be earned in declaring the present occupant as foreign born or a secret agent of a radical group of Islamists out to destroy the nation.

Lies are uttered and often enough to become accepted as truths. Repeating that taxing anyone earning a million dollars or more will cause “job loss” and you will find many who are willing to accept that foolish theory by agreeing. Climate change in some quarters – (read: corporate interests) – has been declared “untruthful” even considering that most reliable scientists attest to its reality. Wall Street, which is busy destroying our present economy, is being touted as “too big to fail” thus preventing the much needed regulations to keep them honest. Greedy financiers are rewarded with even bigger and better bonus payouts and are not held accountable for the practices that could have easily brought this nation to a standstill. Appearing before congress, each armed with a phalanx of lawyers, they offered nothing but another round of lies as the nation looked on.

BP stood before the public as the Gulf of Mexico took on the toxicity of gushing oil by declaring that all was safe and that life in that region was largely unharmed. Really? As we watched fish and wildlife float to the surface and populate the beaches with their dead carcasses on full view.

Lies and the loss of commonsense ...............

..........And why not? When few are held accountable even when the facts themselves are on full display, be it from a sitting president or a reprehensible young woman whose crimes were supported by a mountain of evidence to the contrary, why bother with the truth? No one puts much stock in it anyway so why not give her a break as well? If good enough for one, then good enough for all.

And this last paragraph is the whole point and meaning of this little child murder psycho drama. 

Why should I bother with the truth? Why not play the game? Be skilled at the lie? Is it really so hard to use people as the stupid dupes they insist on being? Exploit their need to believe? No, it is not so hard. I watch those who have little integrity reap the rewards of doing so every day.  I read that the reactors in Tokyo are staring up again despite public protests.  I see someone like Phyllis Chesler begging for a few dollars to continue work needed for the dupes to wake up.  And she writes to me:  "So many of us are in this exact position".    So many of us............... us meaning women who gave their life to truth telling.  I have rejected the path of dupe cultivation because I believed in a lot of empty platitudes, such as "the truth will set us free". 

That is the source of bitterness and the unwillingness to accept the system as the "best in the world" anymore.

Our legal and political system along with "the [racist, sexist, property worshipping] constitution as interpreted by the puffed up as infallible SUPREME court"  is just another fascist system in the oligarch's basement.
