GC Notes: The legislation was going to be a burden on small and organic farms but Sen Tester made an amendment exempting them from the requirements and directing the regulators to develop regs more in line with their capabilities. The problem is the House bill does not have the Tester amendment and there will be a reconciliation where Monsanto will try to squash the Tester amendment. Because Monsanto and agri business only consented to the Food Safety Act because they thought it would wipe out small farms. Uppity has a video of Tester explaining his amendment. It would be important to make sure the amendment stays part of the final legislation.

In my opinion the CD "Greendale" by Neil Young and Crazy Horse is the music for this time 2010 but you have to buy the CD because the only video comes with it. It is a novel with each song on the album taking the story further until the climax which transforms listeners by trance. But Neil Young did many Greendale tours. And of course fans brought their cell phones. Here is a bootleg of one of the Greendale album's songs from NY's tour - it is about a woman , Sun Green, pushed too far by corporate greed.
