What Went Wrong with the War
Some of you will not watch this because the participants will be called right wing. That is foolish. The information that comes to you ALWAYS has a bias. The left will not tell you the truth about BO and will lie about Hillary and her chances to be president (she is 130 delegates away from BO yet they want her to give up). It makes sense to go to the right publications to find out what the left and center are not saying. That is the feminist approach to gathering information. All lie, either by ommission or through bias. Feminists gather bits and pieces from everywhere. What kind of robot only gets information from one political perspective? The CIA reads AL Quaida and Al Jeezera.
It is on AfterWords which is always a slow 2 hour talk that allows a topic to be treated with the nuance it deserves. Watch it live if you can - here is the schedule.
If you miss it today it will be on video here .
Carl Cannon talked about his book Reagan's Disciple: George W. Bush's Troubled Quest for a Presidential Legacy, published by PublicAffairs. In the book which he co-authored the book with his father, Lou Cannon, he compares the presidencies of the fortieth and forty-third presidents. He examines how the current Bush administration attempted to become the successor to the Reagan presidency. From President Bush's belief in lower taxes to his conservative social policy, the Cannons ask if the Bush administration was successful in following the Reagan model. The guest interviewer was Bob Schieffer, chief Washington correspondent for CBS News and host of "Face the Nation."
Carl Cannon is the Washington bureau chief for Readers Digest. Mr. Cannon is the co-author of Boy Genius: Karl Rove, the Brain Behind the Remarkable Political Triumph of George W. Bush with Jan Reid and Lou Dubose and The Pursuit of Happiness in Times of War.
