WATCH THIS VIDEO - WOMAN'S PARTY DISCUSSION-but it should be a Feminist Party or the anti abortionists will use it for their reactionary purposes.
Panelists talked about women as voters and activists. They focused on emerging trends among women voters in the 2008 election and beyond, where their political influence would be greatest, and what drives women to activism.
"Women as Voters and Activists" was the third part of the Educational Forum Series, "The Changing Faces of Power: Women in Politics," co-sponsored by the League of Women Voters at the Sewall-Belmont House and Museum.

IF YOU CAN ONLY WATCH ONE VIDEO WATCH THIS ONE because they are relaxed, making jokes and dishing the dirt on this one.
A panel discussion was held on women presidents and the challenges they face as candidates and chief commanders in countries around the world. Topics included a historical analysis of women who have run in the United States, beginning in 1872, and whether the country is ready to elect a woman president in 2008.
This event was held at the Sewall-Belmont House and Museum in conjunction with the launch of the National Women's History Museum's cyberexhibit "First But Not Last: Women Who Ran for President."
