Rest in Peace Dear Raheleh Zamani
It was snowing in Teheran when they hung the twenty seven year-old mother of two children earlier today in the notorious Evin Prison. From the moment she was arrested, she had not been allowed to ever see her children again. Her name was Raheleh Zamani and she had been married off when she was only 15 years old. The political campaign to halt or commute her execution failed.

I post and link to this article by Chesler because of the ignorant comment just posted by Crys under my post titled -"First Sexist Campaign for President".
Crys said: "what makes you think Muslim countries are any worse for women than Christian (and presumably Jewish) countries?"
And then she called me a Right Wing Wacko.
Actually I am a FAST woman. Feminists Against Sharia Terrorism.
Perhaps if Crys comes by again she will read this post or go to Cheslers Chronicles or a few other sites: Women Against Fundamentalism in Iran, Stop Honor Killing, or Stop Sharia Law . All women should learn the reality of life for women under the fascism of Islam.

Dear Ms Sheeley,
We have been looking for a more accurate way to refer to honor killings while still being clear about what we are referring to - "femicide" does not have that clarity. Dishonor killings is exactly right and I will credit you when I pass it along.
