You all are welcome. Next it goes to Armed Services Committee though. It could be dead in the water there in the next Congress. It is a horrid committee for women and State Department. The Republicans will be trying to get money back to the Military out of the State Dept budget that Hillary has been building. Collins is on ARC though. She is a co-sponsor of the original Senate version. It should be quite a fight.
