Sharia supporting head covered woman to "pray" at Obama Inaugural
Hey Ms - is this what a "feminist" looks like??
BO is appointing males to represent the US as special envoys in Iraq and Afghanistan where Condi Rice has started networks of women fighting for equal rights. Where once Condi went as a free unveiled woman, Hillary Clinton will not be seen. Instead males will speak to patriarchs. The first thing men will sell out is women’s equality.
The women of those countries if they watch the inaugural will see a Muslim female with head covered pray at Obama's inaugural with the gay hating Christian.
Dr. Ingrid Mattson, President of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), also took part in the Democratic Convention in Denver.
Mattson is said by our FBI to be a known supporter of Hamas, which is a thug theocratic oppressor of women.
The ISNA is a front for the Muslim Brotherhood (its stated purpose is to destroy the West from inside) and is also included as an unindicted co-conspirator in terrorism financing conspiracy.
All of the armed force’s Muslim chaplains and prison chaplains have to take Dr. Mattson’s course on Islam.
In this course Mattson supports Sharia law to replace our Constitution in order to achieve an “ethical” government. Like Obama, she believes that poverty and social oppression caused the September 11 attack on the World Trade Center. Neither one will speak of any basis for the attack in Islamic doctrine.
Many people have sincerely asked what could BO do in an ecumenical spirit -- should he have left out the Muslims? This shows an ignorence of oppressed people. There are so many Muslims seeking to reform Islam -- they had many alternatives to Mattson from which to choose. True, as soon as women feel safe they leave the Muslim religion in droves but he could have flown women to the US instead of using a traitor tolerated and honored in our own country.
First, BO could have brought women from the Parliaments of Afghanistan and Iraq to the US as a symbol of what he wished to encourage. Muslims Against Sharia have a post today on what a blow this appointment of Mattson was to them. The point is Obama is brain dead on all issues related to women and the working class except for abortion. With his coronation we transition totally from a republic to an oligarchy. Not that McCain would have been the answer. The Republicans got us here and would make it worse. They have increased the loss of women's rights domestically and gave only a token nod to women's rights globally, although Condi Rice was heroic in this regard. The point is we don't have much hope that Obama's change will save the US working class and women as he was put in power by big money in order to make sure the real reformer, Hillary Clinton, would be defeated. And he and his Bobots used sexism, fraud and reverse racism to defeat her.
Ayaan Hirsi Ali, Taslima Nasrin, Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, and Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury, they all are heroes of Islam reform.
Phyllis Chesler said: "Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury is a Muslim [and he is proud to be a Muslim], who confronts the culture of hatred, says no to jihad and demonetization of Jews and Israel and he has been suffering continuously right by staying in his own country. Bangladeshi authorities are trying this extra ordinary human being of today’s world for promoting inter faith understanding. Shoaib Choudhury can be murdered anytime for his courageous role by the Bangladeshi regime.
Taslima Nasrin already fled Bangladesh, and Ayaan Hirsi Ali is extremely silent, enjoying private life in United States. Yes, Daw Aung San Suu Kyi is another hero who is in Burmese captivity. We can mention Aung San Suu Kyi and Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury together for what they are courageously facing."
Phyllis Chesler posted an interview with Nonnie Darwish as follows:
“There Is No Such Thing as ‘Moderate’ Islam.” Continued Conversations with Nonie Darwish.
I am proud to count the very brave but equally warm, Nonie Darwish, as a friend and
colleague. I read her new book, Cruel
and Usual Punishment. The Terrifying Global Implications of Sharia Law, before it was published by Thomas Nelson on Jan. 6, 2009. The back cover of her book bears an endorsement by Ayaan Hirsi Ali and Hasan Mahmud, and by me as well.
Nonie was born in Gaza when it was under Egyptian control and she grew up in Cairo. She is married, lives in southern California and has three grown children (well–one is
still a teenager). She is the founder of Arabs for Israel. She is also the author of a previous book: Now They Call me Infidel. Why I Renounced Jihad for America, Israel, and the War on Terror. Nonie is no longer a practicing Muslim.
Her new book is a landmark event whose timeliness is beyond compare. No American can afford NOT to read this book. Sharia law, which governs every area of Muslim life, is now increasingly infiltrating the West. Europe may be lost, America is now under siege. With profound bravery, Darwish documents the history and nature of Sharia law which is invariably mis-represented and mis-understood, both by its followers and by
“infidels.” In her words, “the non-Muslim world must have no illusions.” She also describes the phenomenon of extreme religiosity among Muslim today, and analyzes it in feminist as well as jihadic terms.
Phyllis Chesler: What do you hope
to accomplish?
Nonie Darwish: My hope is for the West to understand the
threat that Islamic Sharia law poses to their democracy, their concept of equality under the law and their human rights values. The West should never allow Sharia to be practiced in Western democracies. I am also hopeful that my
book will inspire Muslims to take an honest look at their oppressive religious laws and reform.
PC: What kind of audiences are you most hoping to reach?
ND: It is urgent for me to reach Westerners who find Sharia OK or who view it as a religious right when the truth is that it is not a religious right to oppress, discriminate against and torture others. Everyone, including Muslims will benefit from reading this book, which was described by Sharia expert, Mr. Hasan Mahmud, as a first in terms of analyzing the impact of Sharia on society and the family.......................more
