South Dakota, Minnesota and rural Ohio already allow the shooting of stray or feral cats.
Why aren't the cat people in those states organizing TNR groups to get rid of these laws in those states?
The Dont Shoot the Cat people should get the email addresses of people from those states who signed the petition and let them know by a special mailing that they should set up separate state petitions. Or we should do it for them. Then on our petition, we can direct people from those states to their own state petitions.
